Thompson Jewellery is a husband and wife partnership based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, UK.

Our catalogue includes hand-crafted stone necklaces and earrings made by us in the UK. We also import a variety of jewellery, accessories and semi-precious stone from Thailand drawing on our network of contacts to deliver quality items at competitive prices.

An important part of our business is bespoke commissions and materials sourcing. We are able to accept commissions for gold, silver and diamond pieces. These are sourced in Thailand direct thereby allowing us to deliver the kinds of quality items that might normally be out of most customers price range. Our knowledge of Thailand means that we can source materials at a fraction of UK prices.

Gold and silver above the legal thresholds for the UK will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office. Likewise, diamond certification can be provided.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Thompson Jewellery website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling
For the UK
Postage, packing and administration £3.50 per order. Free standard delivery via first class post (usually charged at £3.50 per order) is available with any purchases made from Thompson Jewellery for orders of £25 or more.

Goods ordered must come to the applicable total before any packing charges are added. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK. We will email you as soon as your order has been despatched.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

For commissions and materials sourcing we will agree a delivery timetable with you.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, whenever possible we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
Thompson Jewellery is not registered for VAT so all orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranty with respect to Conflict Diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds Thompson Jewellery warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold and that, to the best of their ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.

Gold and silver at weights above the prescribed legal thresholds will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt . Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
